Transaction
ROCKWOOL Group decided to divest the Belgian distribution company Charles Wille SA as it no longer fits within their core activities. Charles Wille SA will receive the necessary resources to further develop itself, and ROCKWOOL Group will continue to supply Rockfon, ROCKWOOL insulation and Rockpanel products to Charles Wille SA.
John Delcoigne, the current Managing Director, will continue to lead Charles Wille SA and further develop the company together with Quick-Set-Green.
Mon3aan assisted in the guidance of the divestment. We acted on behalf of the acquiring party Quick-Set-Green, which is an investment fund based in Belgium.
